Meet Lisa
I’m Lisa, a 500 BWY diploma yoga teacher dedicated to creating calm, accessible spaces where people can move, breathe and feel supported. My love of yoga began with my dad, whose steady practice and peaceful presence shaped the way I teach today.
I specialise in inclusive, adaptive yoga for all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on neurodiversity, sensory needs and gentle, therapeutic practices.
My approach is warm, person‑centred and taught in clear stages, making every class suitable for beginners while offering deeper variations for those who want more challenges.
I’ve spent over twenty years supporting neurodivergent children, young people and adults with physical disabilities, blending yoga, breathwork and wellbeing tools to support regulation, confidence and ease. My teaching is grounded in compassion, accessibility and meeting people exactly where they are.
I am currently developing Om Shanti Wellness CIC, which will bring together inclusive yoga, wellbeing and community support across Billingham and Teesside. This is an evolving project, and I will share more as it grows.
